For Halloween weekend, my Mimmy and cousins Jeffery and Jaxson came down to see us! We took them down to the Riverwalk for lunch at Rainforest Cafe', and then we went and toured The Alamo. It was pretty fun, and Mommy and Daddy kept telling me how good I was being all day long! That evening, we all put on our costumes and went to Fiesta Texas Fright Fest. Jeffery, Jaxson, and Daddy stayed all night, but Mommy, Mimmy and me went home. It was just too much going on, plus it was my bedtime! I sure did have fun with them here in San Antonio with me!

(Mommy note: Cohen really was just completely asleep during his bath that night. It was a little later than we're all used to and he just couldn't stay awake anymore! Thank goodness Daddy (in his swimsuit) was in the tub with him!)

Hey everyone! This is just an update so everyone can see all the fun I'm having in my little world! I'm growing like a weed, and am even starting to sleep through the night - averaging from about 9 pm to 7 am! That's pretty good! I know my Mommy and Daddy are appreciating it! Oh, and when Mommy came to get me this morning, I had rolled over - back to front! She said she couldn't believe it and that I am such a big boy! I'm so excited about this weekend - I get to wear my cool Halloween costume! Stay tuned for more pictures! :)

2 month well-baby check-up

I had to get shots today, and when we got home, I conked out. I like sleeping in mom and dad's room during the day because it's dark in there...my room definitely needs curtains! :)

The doctor told Mommy and Daddy that a bath would help me feel better, especially because my little legs were so sore. However, when they put me in the tub with my baby bath mat, my legs weren't submerged under the water. So, Daddy got his swimsuit on and took a bath with me - he held me up so my legs could get in the warm water! I just loved it! We had so much fun taking a bath/swimming! :)

By the way, I'm officially two months old, and I weigh 11 lbs. 12 oz. I'm a growing boy!

Just a post to say "hello!" Things are going great and I'm growing like a weed! I'm starting to "talk" a lot more these days, and I am even beginning to try REALLY HARD to roll over - back to front! It won't be long. Mommy and I started our Gymboree Play and Learn class, and I think it's going to be lots of fun practicing being on my tummy, rolling over, and watching things move and tracking them with my eyes. Next time we have a Saturday class, Daddy will have to come with us and take some pictures!

Trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

Mommy and Daddy took me to the pumpkin patch today to take my picture since this is going to be my first Halloween! I just love being outside, so it was a real treat for me to get to go hang out and see all the pumpkins. I did so good sitting up to let them take my picture...well, more like propped up against the pumpkins! When my cousins Jeffery and Jaxson come to see me for Halloween weekend, we're going to come back and take more pictures with our costumes on - I'm going to be such a cute little giraffe! Stay tuned! :)

Well, it's official, we're finally in San Antonio. We sure enjoyed staying with Grammy and Pepaw for the past few weeks, but we're so glad to be back together as a family. Mommy and Daddy are slowly getting our apartment put together, and although it's a lot smaller than our house in Venus, it's going to be just right for us for the next year or so. I'm getting bigger, that's for sure. I'm even wearing 3 mos. clothes now! On Tuesday at the pediatrician (at 5 weeks of age), I weighed 9 lbs. 15 oz. - what a big boy! Stay tuned for more!
